RE-MANUFACTURING PROCESS
We at SAM CLUTCH pride ourselves on the fact that we have seventeen years of top quality experience in re-manufacturing of all types of cover assemblies from diaphragm type to finger type cover assemblies for light and heavy duty commercial vehicles and tractors (agricultural) ranging from 260mm – 430mm.
Every cover assembly that is purchased by you the customer, has been completely stripped down, all worn parts have been removed, cleaned for inspection, tested and where necessary replaced.
All new parts replaced from cover assembly springs / roller lever bushes/ to bolts and nuts have undergone various tests to suit our needs and most importantly the customers requirements, assuring we only use top quality components on all our cover assemblies.
Units are then re-assembled on a testing table reset to OEM specifications and checked for the correct release and clamp load. Our cover assemblies are complemented by a strong emphasis on quality control and professional commitment to the highest technology and international standards. Once the cover assembly is completely assembled, it is then checked thoroughly by the quality control team. Once all quality checks have been passed and the team is completely satisfied the unit is then marked, packaged and ready for sale.

DRIVEN PLATE
RE-MANUFACTURING PROCESS

We at SAM CLUTCH pride ourselves on the fact that we have seventeen years of top
quality experience in the re-manufacturing of all types of driven plates for, light and heavy
duty commercial vehicles and tractors (Agricultural) ranging from 260mm – 430mm. Every
driven plate that has been purchased by you the customer has been completely de-riveted
and stripped down by the friction material and solid hub rivets. All worn parts have been
removed, cleaned for inspection, tested where necessary and replaced. All new parts
replaced from springs / gaskets, friction material and rivets have undergone various tests
to suit our needs and most importantly customers can rest assured that we only use top
quality components on all our clutches. Our driven plates are supplied with asbestos free
friction material, they are also complemented by a strong emphasis on quality control and
professional commitment to the highest international standards. Once the driven plate is
completely assembled, it is then checked thoroughly by our quality control team. Once
all quality checks have been passed and our team is completely satisfied, the unit is then
marked, packaged and ready for sale. We also specialise in customising driven plates to
the requirements of individual needs.
